Quinnipiac University Athletics, who recently signed up for Spiideo for their video recording and analysis platform, is a really great example of the versatility of the Spiideo system. The Connecticut-based program will have five separate sports using the technology including men’s soccer, women’s soccer, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, and field hockey.
With the Spiideo Virtual Panorama technology, the team coaches and analysts are given a unique possibility to view and follow a play across the entire field. This will allow both team-oriented performance tracking as well as feedback on individual player actions.
This one-of-a-kind Spiideo experience will fit right in with their brand new $30 million facility, with the Field Hockey Turf Stadium and the Soccer & Lacrosse Stadium ranked as some of the best facilities in the country.

Video recording is typically very costly and time-consuming especially when teams want to Ge video into their daily training regime. However, with Spiideo you can capture everything at the touch of a button and have live access and powerful coaching tools while you are at it. This live analysis is really powerful and is changing the way teams capture video on a daily basis. Having three separate sports programs using Spiideo at one university is once again a testament to how great Spiideo is for all sports.
