Pallacanestro Cantù has partnered with Spiideo to sharpen how its first team trains and prepares for competition in Italy’s Lega Basket Serie A. By installing Spiideo cameras in its training gym, the club can record practice sessions and make them available for review by coaches and players.
Our expectations were to give our staff reliable access to practice footage, streamline the review process and make feedback to players more effective.
Pallacanestro Cantù runs recording, review and feedback on Spiideo’s single cloud platform, which also powers team performance and league operations across sport.
The club uses the footage to analyze tactical situations, identify areas for improvement, and give players clear, visual feedback. Players review sessions individually and as a team, and coaches can track progress over time, connecting the work done in training to game preparation.
Pallacanestro Cantù set out to make video analysis a consistent part of its daily workflow. Spiideo’s fixed-camera setup gave the club a practical way to record and review training sessions without added complexity.
We also see this partnership as part of a broader effort to strengthen the club’s organisation and provide our team with tools that support its development.
