Users with Spiideo Perform and/or Spiideo Play accounts

When using Spiideo Perform and/or Spiideo Play as a representative or guest of a business customer under its subscription: We collect your contact information to create you user profile. The legal basis for the processing activity is our legitimate interest which consist of being able to administer our business accounts and deliver our services to our customers. We store your information during the period of the agreement between us and your employer with which Spiideo has a business agreement. 

When using Spiideo Perform and/or Spiideo Play for private use: We collect your contact information, such as, name and email, and payment details with the purpose of creating an account for you. The legal basis for the processing activity is the fulfillment of the agreement between us. We store your information as long as you have a valid account with us. You are not obligated to provide your information to us, if you choose to not provide your information to us the consequence will be that we cannot enter into an agreement with you.

Users using our contact forms, e.g. on www.spiideo.com, to get in touch

We collect your contact information, such as, name, phone number and email, as well as your interest of sport, representation of organization or club and any personal information that you chose to add. The purpose of the processing activity is to collect information about you to service your request in the best possible way. The legal basis for the processing activity is our legitimate interest which consist of servicing your request. We store your information until we have contacted and helped you.

Users that subscribe to our newsletter

We collect your email if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. The legal basis for the processing activity is your consent. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter by using the opting out possibility in every newsletter. We store your information until you stop subscribing to the newsletter.
