Partnerships Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Partnerships Customer Success Manager in North America.

Spiideo is the leading provider of automated broadcasting cloud-based solutions for video analysis and streaming of sports. With an entirely new way of recording, sharing, and analyzing sports performance and producing sports for streaming, Spiideo has a unique position in the market.  Our solution strikes the perfect balance between performance, simplicity, and accessibility. Today, Spiideo is used by hundreds of organizations globally, including some of the world’s largest and most well-known professional and collegiate teams. Our customers can typically be found in team sports like soccer, basketball, ice hockey, field hockey, handball, lacrosse, etc.


We are now looking to expand the Spiideo team further with the addition of a Partnerships Customer Success Manager based in North America. You will be managing a portfolio of our most strategically important partnerships helping them through onboarding and maximizing their potential with Spiideo. This is a remote position and you will report directly to the VP of Customer Success.

As a Partnerships CSM at Spiideo, you will:

  • Manage our portfolio of strategic partnerships and ensure they have a very high customer satisfaction
  • Project managing the roll out of new installations and/or key developments together with the customer
  • Create strong and positive relationships with our customers
  • Coordinating closely with the development team around professional services and custom developments
  • Coordinating closely with sales around expansion and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive team environment of equity and inclusion

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working in Enterprise B2B SAAS
  • Strong skills in project management and proficient in Google Sheets
  • Strong skills in planning and execution of initiatives
  • Outstanding communication skills, which includes written communication, being a great listener and observer, and excellent presentation skills
  • Passion for customer success and get joy out of seeing our customers succeed
  • Ability to relate and build trust with customers
  • Self-motivated, positive, team first attitude
  • Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

Remote position. Opportunity to visit Malmö, Sweden (HQ) 1-2x per year. Will report to VP of Customer Success who is based in Malmö, Sweden.
